1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Felt & Tile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Felt & Tile provides free-to-play social card and tile games including Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Mahjong, and more. The Service is for entertainment purposes only and does not offer real money gambling.

3. No Real Money Gambling

This is not a gambling site. We want to be explicitly clear:

• No real money can be wagered on any game
• No real money can be won from playing our games
• Virtual chips have absolutely no cash value
• Virtual chips cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, or anything of value
• Purchases are for virtual entertainment currency only
• Success in social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Virtual Currency (Chips)

• Chips are virtual currency for use within the Service only
• Chips have no real-world value
• Chips cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money
• We may provide free chips through daily bonuses or promotions
• Purchased chips are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify chip values, bonuses, and pricing at any time

7. In-App Purchases

The Service offers optional in-app purchases for virtual chips and cosmetic items. All purchases are:

• For entertainment purposes only
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Not convertible to real money
• Subject to our pricing at time of purchase

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or cheat the games
• Use automated systems or bots
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to sell or trade virtual chips outside the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, games, graphics, user interface designs, and software code ("Content") are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Content from the Service
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect Content

The game rules and mechanics of traditional card and tile games (such as Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Mahjong, etc.) are in the public domain. However, our specific implementations, visual designs, user interfaces, and original content are protected intellectual property.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
